Mark runs the meditation, Buddhist, wellbeing and Mindfulness component for Bohoco Life whether it’s at a retreat, in class, or as part of a course.

Mark's primary practices and study have been in awareness meditation, breathing Vipasana. He is widely travelled through Central Asia, Asia Pacific and the Far East. This has given him expansive cultural awareness and experience. Currently, Mark is an actively practising Buddhist, encompassing many different spiritual principles. In addition to Mindfulness, Meditation, Mark is an active practitioner of Zen-style Meditation which he engages as a healing and well-being modality.  At this time, Mark chooses a non-denominational path, free form association.

Mark works with people around the world, using self observation through mindfulness and meditation, to help reach a peaceful and fulfilling life.
